Shipping Details
Once processed, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. If the order contains a Me & Henry item, then your order will arrive within 2-4 weeks depending upon how quickly the Me & Henry items arrive to us. Sage + Main Crew will only split shipments upon request and with an additional processing fee.
Sage + Main Crew currently only ships within the United States.
Me & Henry Collection
Due to the Pre-Order nature of this collection, once a Me & Henry item is purchased, it will be subject to two purchasing windows.
PURCHASING WINDOWS:
All orders placed Monday 8am MST - Thursday 7:59am MST will be ordered Thursday morning at 10am MST.
All orders placed Thursday 8am - Monday 7:59am MST will be ordered Monday morning at 10am MST.
SHIPPING WINDOWS:
Please allow for 2-4 weeks, once items have been purchased, to receive order in hand.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however if the order has already been processed, we are unable to make the change. All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have NOT received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
