- Final Sale items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- We offer free return shipping if returned for STORE CREDIT.
- We do not offer free return shipping if returned for a refund.
- Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- During the Returns Process, if an item is ineligible for a Return, you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, etc.
- If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible item to you.
- Once your Return is scanned as "Delivered", your store credit or refund will be issued.
- Store Credit does not expire.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit and will need to be worked out with the carrier.

Return Fee
When using our prepaid return label, the flat rate cost of return shipping is $10 and will be deducted from your REFUND. If you select STORE CREDIT, there is no return shipping fee.

Exchanges
You may exchange for a different size or a whole new product. We offer free shipping on items being exchanged and a label will be generated for you. Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return packages has been scanned & received by the carrier. Should the item you are exchanging to go out of stock before you are able to get your order scanned, you will be issued STORE CREDIT.

Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. A photo of the damage/defect must be included with your initial email. We are not responsible for damages to products caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
