Because many Sage + Main Crew products are handmade, decorated, printed, engraved, embroidered, or otherwise produced individually, minor variations may occur between products.

These variations are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Personalized and Custom Products

Some Sage + Main Crew products may be personalized using names, handwriting, artwork, photographs, dates, messages, or other information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information carefully before submitting an order.

By submitting photographs, handwriting, artwork, text, logos, or other materials for customization, you represent that you have the right or permission to use those materials and authorize Sage + Main Crew to reproduce them solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of production error, damage, or defect, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may cancel an order due to circumstances including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, inability to complete personalization, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
